    1 fl oz (30ml) bottle

    Lavender has been traditionally associated with sleep, relaxation, calm, tension and coldness

    All the extracts I make with fresh plants are made in season. Once I'm out, I'm out till next season. I made this elixir with alcohol, glycerin, and fresh lavender. 1/4-1 teaspoon in 2 oz. water is a good serving.

    I make these elixirs in small batches. The lavender I used in this elixir is organic. Elixirs are also known as extracts, tinctures, and glycerites. Elixirs are sweet. Lavender is bitter, great before meals and calming great before bed. Shake before use. Dropper included.
